The 0-19 Public Health Integrated Nursing Service delivers outstanding service and support to the families, young people and children of Leeds.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Administrator to join the 0-19 Leadership Admin team on a permanent basis.

Working as part of a dynamic team the post holder will provide excellent administrative support to our Practitioners, Clinical Team Managers, Senior Management team and the Admin lead to enable the service to continue to provide outstanding care to our community on a daily basis. These duties will include minute taking, collating information in relation to team performance and disseminating to appropriate colleagues, diary management for Clinical Team Managers and Practitioners amongst other general office and ad-hoc duties which will arise.

Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across the locality and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes. If necessary adjustments can be considered in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

If you are successful in being offered a position which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The level of check required is dependent upon the position that you have applied for. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost (Enhanced £48.83 or Standard £30) from your salary. There will be no charge if you are enrolled in the DBS Update Service.
