We are looking to recruit a motivated and committed Health Visitor to work in Chichester, West Sussex. As a qualified Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN HV) you will need to work as part of a corporate team, be able to demonstrate evidence-based practice, and have a flexible approach to work and service delivery. You will also need to possess excellent communication and clinical leadership skills, and a strong team-working ethos.

Part time hours are available, offering health promotion advice and support to families with young children in line with the Healthy Child Programme (HCP). The HCP teams work within the local Integrated Prevention and Early Help (IPEH) system working with partner agencies to deliver a universal service to all families, taking a key role in child protection issues where identified.
