Spire Duniden Hospital have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Radiographer/Mammographer to join our Imaging Department. We are looking for candidates who have Mammography qualification and experience.

We are in the process of installing a brand new Siemens 1.5 Tesla scanner and you will have the unique opportunities to be scanning Neuro, Cardiac, Breast, GI and Orthopaedic scans with our brand new equipment.

Spire Dunedin Hospital, has been serving the Reading community for over 100 years, as a first-class medical facility. Based in the heart of Reading, the hospital has 2 theatres, 3 recovery bays and an Endoscopy suite.

Duties and responsibilities:

The post-holder should be a HCPC radiographer with experience in mammography. This role will provide the individual with the opportunity to build on and extend their clinical expertise in the Imaging department.

Education and training are key elements of the department and therefore role extension and further learning is encouraged. Flexibility and innovation are fundamental to this role and strong communication skills are essential.

Who we're looking for:

You will be registered with the HCPC and preferably have 2-3 years post graduate with mammography experience. The successful candidate should be innovative, highly motivated, with good communication skills, and keen to contribute positively to the expanding cross-sectional service.
