Would you like the opportunity to work with a small but cohesive and dedicated safeguarding adult team who are passionate and committed to the safeguarding of all patients but in particular those that are deemed as vulnerable within CSH Surrey? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated leader who is committed to moving the Safeguarding adult’s agenda forward.

We are looking to recruit a Named Professional for Safeguarding Adults who will have up to date knowledge and practical experience of the application of current legislation and statutory guidance relating to safeguarding adults. This should include an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Care Act (2014), Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP), Deprivation Of Liberty (DOLS), Mental Capacity Act (MCA) together with all relevant and current National and Local Safeguarding Adults Guidance.

A key component of the role will be to promote and safeguard the welfare of adults at risk of harm and ensure safeguarding is an integral part of practice for all our staff in line with the Care Act 2014 and Multi-Agency safeguarding procedures.

These payments are pro-rata for part- time posts.
