The Exec Team needs a high level PA to provide an excellent administrative and secretarial support service at a high corporate level to the Executive Director(s). This is a Band 5 role, 37.5 hours based at Dukes Court, Woking, GU21 5BH. 

The role requires sound knowledge and experience of complex diary management (using Microsoft Outlook), meeting support, including the preparation and distribution of agendas, collation of papers, chasing of actions and transcribing of minutes. The post holder must be able to communicate with a wide number of individuals, both internal and external to the organisation.

This is a busy and varied role, one which requires the post holder to have a flexible approach and a calm, professional manner. The ability to work accurately whilst multi-tasking is essential.

You will have significant proven experience working in a busy environment. You will be expected to prioritise tasks as well as use your initiative, organise your own time, and be prepared to work to tight deadlines.

It is essential that you are highly proficient in IT skills including Word, Excel and email, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role is interesting and varied but busy therefore you must be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the Exec Team, producing accurate work to tight deadlines. It is essential that you can manage conflicting priorities and work autonomously.

Successful applicants, who have not worked for CSH within the last 12 months, will receive an amount of £2000 paid in two instalments: - £1000 upon commencement and a further £1000 following successful completion of probation. These payments are pro-rata for part- time posts. Payments will be subject to tax and NI National Insurance in the usual way.We don’t operate Golden Hellos for Band 7 or Band 8 posts, Bank posts or fixed term contracts.
