An opportunity has arisen for the role of Renal Manager across Sussex. 

 

The successful candidate will work closely with the Locality manager to ensure that the Renal Transport service is maintained at a high standard on behalf of South Central Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust. There will be a focus on performance, patient and stakeholder experience, working closely with the Renal teams across Sussex.

 

The role is extremely varied from dealing with operational matters to developing new procedures. The successful applicant must have excellent leadership and communication skills and an open and inclusive management style. The post holder will have a good working knowledge the Patient Transport Service. You will need to be confident in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic.

 

There will be a requirement to travel regularly across all areas of Sussex specifically area of responsibility as well as external commuting will be required.
