The Surgical Division has an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join our well-established senior surgical leadership team. We are searching for an experienced leader who will deputise for the Divisional Director of Operations contribute to strategic planning and work closely with the operational teams to ensure the safe and effective day to day operations of the Division. In line with our values you’ll need to be brave, ambitious and compassionate in your approach to ensure all of our clinical teams are working together to support the achievement of our strategic goals. This role will be instrumental in embedding a culture of excellence across the Division; ensuring the regulatory, quality, workforce, performance and finance standards are met.

This is a senior leadership role and as such, the post holder will be responsible for personally delivering a number of complex strategic change initiatives as well as improvement interventions. Your experience and proven track record of engaging with clinical and operational staff members, in order to deliver effective service delivery, while increasing productivity and service efficiencies, will be critical to this role.
