Senior Ophthalmic Medical Photographer

 

Applications are invited for the role of Senior Ophthalmic Medical Photographer at Warrington and Halton Hospitals.

 

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ophthalmic photographer to support our growing ophthalmic services, with experience in a range of ophthalmic imaging techniques including OCT and fluorescein angiography. You will be responsible for quality control of the imaging service encompassing a number of imaging technicians.

 

The ophthalmology department is based at Warrington hospital and comprises 6 consultant ophthalmologists, junior and middle grade ophthalmologists and a large team of optometrists, nurses and orthoptists providing high quality care to our patients. You will be expected to be a team player who is prepared to embrace change and innovative ways of working to maximise the quality of care we deliver to our patients.

A charge of £60 (Enhanced) will be made by the successful candidate which will be deducted from the first 3 months’ salary. In addition to this, you will also be required to re-pay any future costs that may arise in relation to DBS fees.
