Our Booking and Information Centre at BPAS has an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join their fast paced and expanding team.

Our Team Managers manage a team of designated Appointment Advisors and a Quality Coach in the delivery of an efficient and effective client-centered service. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a growing and fulfilling environment where your efforts will be fundamental in delivering a quality service to our clients.

The Booking and Information Centre is not what you would expect. We aren’t like a call centre; we are a team of colleagues who talk to women and men that need our support.

Who we're looking for...

You will have a talent for managing, motivating and developing a variety of people. Your friendly, engaging and coaching management style will help our Appointment Advisors and Quality coaches to achieve optimum levels of performance in all areas of their work. Adept at solving problems and utilising resources your "can do" attitude will ensure that the Booking & Information Centre continues to deliver an exceptional service to Bpas clients.

Further Information

Starting salary will be £21,049 with progression up to £25,725 per annum.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 1pm-9pm and Friday 3pm-9pm
