 The Becton Centre is one of the largest providers of Specialist Tier 4 CAMHS in the UK. It is a state of the art, sub regional and national service, which opened in February 2010 and has gone from strength to strength.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and flexible highly skilled and motivated registered nurses to join our teams, either an RMN or an RNLD to work into two of the teams at the Becton Centre. Emerald Lodge 1x full time post. Emerald Lodge is an inpatient ward for young people aged 8-14 years offering both inpatient and day attendance.

Sapphire Lodge. 3x full time posts. Sapphire Lodge is a general adolescence inpatient ward for young people aged 14 - 17 years.

We offer assessment, care and treatment for young people presenting with a serious mental illness who require intensive day or hospital admission. Our team of psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, therapists and teachers use a wide range of therapies to help young people experiencing difficulties including: • mood • eating disorders • psychosis • those young people who pose a risk to themselves • or where there is diagnostic uncertainty. In line with other NHS Organisations in the Yorkshire and Humber Region a successful candidate appointed into a post within this Trust will be required to pay the DBS check fee (£45). This is customarily payable over 4 months as a salary deduction once employed by the Trust. If you receive a conditional offer letter, complete your DBS application and later withdraw from the recruitment process, an invoice will be raised via the Trust's finance department to recoup the outlay.
