We are looking for an enthusiastic, smart, friendly and committed Apprentice to join our friendly and well-organised GP practice in Romiley, Stockport.

You must have an excellent attendance record, be a good timekeeper, educated to GCSE level 5 in English and Maths

We are a busy practice serving over 7000 patients. Our Primary Health Care team includes 5 GP partners, 1 Advanced Practitioners working alongside our GPs , 1 Practice Nurse and 3 HCA's. We also have First Physio Practitioners, Carers clinics, and Health and Wellbeing counsellors.

We have an active PPG

Our latest CQC inspection (October 2016) was "good with some outstanding features".

Our new member of staff will work 30 hours a week and have set working hours over a 6 week period.The post hours are a variety of morning,afternoon or evening shifts, between the hours of 8am to 730 pm, over 4/5 days, but will be flexible. You will be expected to do approximately 7 hours study a week

We encourage learning and we offer training and support to all our staff. We have monthly staff meetings and twice yearly away days.

Romiley is a thriving suburb of Stockport with good local schools, excellent transport links and easy access to the great outdoors.

The successful candidate will have to supply 2 referees and have a DBS check prior to commencement. Previous candidates need not apply.
