£24,214 to £30,112 full time equivalent (2019/20 pay scale). We are getting ready for the 2019/20 school year and looking to recruit nurses who can support our immunisation teams in Surrey.
Are you a registered nurse looking for an opportunity to work in a public health field?
Following a comprehensive restructure of our services Children and Family Health Surrey (CFHS) is recruiting extensively to our Community 0–19 and School-age immunisation service.
Posts range from 12 – 24 hours per week (TTO) working across the South West (Guildford and Waverley), North West (Runnymede, Surrey Heath and Woking) and North East (Spelthorne, Elmbridge, Epsom and Ewell) of Surrey.
A Registered Nurse qualification and Car owner / driver are essential.
Experience of working with children and young people is preferred.
We are looking to recruit staff nurses with enthusiasm and a commitment to improve health outcomes for children and young people. If you have the drive and passion to work with communities and families to make a difference for children and young people then we would like to hear from you.
You will be guided and supervised by of our senior immunisation nurses and supported to develop your knowledge and skills relating to immunisations. As a service provider we are committed to professional development and have an invigorating training plan.

Recruitment - Golden Hello

Successful applicants, who have not worked for CSH within the last 12 months, will receive an amount of £2000 paid in two instalments: - £1000 upon commencement and a further £1000 following successful completion of probation. These payments are pro-rata for part- time posts. Payments will be subject to tax and NI National Insurance in the usual way.We don’t operate Golden Hellos for Band 7 or Band 8 posts, Bank posts or fixed term contracts.
