Dentist Band A

Special Care

0.6 WTE Permanent

We are looking for enthusiastic dentists to join our existing team, providing Special Care and Urgent Care to meet the needs of adults and children in the local community. Experience working in Special Care Dentistry would be an advantage, however for applicants with an interest in this area of dentistry but little or no experience this would be an ideal opportunity to gain experience and enhance your portfolio.

 

As there is a requirement to operate from a variety of centres throughout Wiltshire the use of a motor vehicle is essential. The role may include participating in Special Care General Anaesthetic lists, Conscious Sedation Lists and Domiciliary Care.

 

You should be innovative, flexible and committed to work in a team environment while providing high standards of clinical care. The post holder will be required to work to a flexible shift pattern. We can offer an excellent range of benefits including:

Current employees should be aware that this position is advertised as a GWH position and appointment ends any TUPE protection.

All candidates are required to pay for their own DBS check where applicable. Standard DBS check costs £26 and will be recovered from your first pay; Enhanced DBS check costs £44 and will be split and recovered over the first 2 pay.

Bank posts requiring a DBS check; payment must be made prior to commencing.

Apprentices are exempt from payment.
