NHS Professionals run the temporary work placements for The Pennine Acute Hospital rust, and we are looking for a First Line IT Support Officer to start ASAP! 

Location: North Manchester General Hospital, Trust Head Quarters M8 5RN  

Department: IM&T Operational Services  

Band: 2 - £9.03 per hour

Hours of work: 37.5 Hours per weekMonday to Friday Rota’d between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm

What will your duties and responsibilities be?

  • Responsible for all incident and request logging.
  • Triage and prioritisation of incidents.
  • Resolution of issues
  • directing those that can’t be resolved at first contact to the correct team within IM&T.

Skills we require:

  • Ability to work flexibly, independently and in a team.
  • Good social skills can communicate effectively towards end users.
  • general understand of desktop computers, printers, applications and systems.
