Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust MSK Physiotherapy Service are currently recruiting for an 1 year Fixed Term Administrator/Receptionist to work 37.5 hours per week. (Whilst this is a full-time role consideration would be given to candidates wishing to job share).

The ideal candidate will be:

Be personally motivated, with relative experience and transferable skills.

An excellent administrator with good organisational skills to manage systematic processes for receiving patient referrals into the service and ensuring patient pathways are progressed effectively.

Be a good communicator, with admirable customer service skills.

Will be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft programmes, with good keyboard skills, database and diary management .

Be able to work well as part of a team as well as independently.
