The Role

Do you come from an Infrastructure background and have good experience around Project, Incident and Change Management? Do you have proven excellent interpersonal skills and experience of leadership, whilst contributing to service systems, to continually aid our patient experience?

The role will involve managing and working on transformational projects such as our Unified Communications Roll out, Core and Campus Network Refresh and on-going Security hardening. You will visit our different localities to ensure all services are functioning in an efficient manner and in line with agreed Service Level Agreements. You will also be responsible for managing and guiding the Infrastructure support team.

IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services 24/7 to over 6 million patients, including GP led out of hour’s services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services as well as health and justice nursing services.

Location                      Ashford, Kent

Hours                          37.5 hours per week, Full Time, Monday to Friday
