We are looking to recruit a Full time Band 2 Theatre Technical Support Worker based within the Operating Theatres at the Lister Hospital to join the Theatre Teams and work alongside a multi-disciplinary group made up of allied health professionals to ensure that all medical equipment is maintained, serviced and replaced as necessary.

This role will require the post-holder to assist with the technical management, maintenance and support of equipment within theatres supported by the Trust’s Electro-Biomedical Engineering team (EBME). Training and education support will be provided but previous knowledge and experience of working within a clinical hospital setting is essential.

The post-holder must be able to communicate and liaise with internal and external companies using a variety of methods and must be computer literate. You must be able to demonstrate both team working and autonomy as the role requires. Good time management is essential and the ability to work under time pressures / constraints.

This is a full time position which requires the post-holder to work Monday to Friday, Weekends and Bank Holidays as per service needs on a roster basis.
