NHS Property Services are looking for 1 FM Receptionists who will support the delivery of FM services within NHS Property Services premises in line with policies and procedures and as detailed in work schedules.

  • Shift pattern: 8.30 am to 1.30 pm Sunday

Applicants should have basic IT and keyboard skills, excellent customer care skills, must be hardworking, dedicated and an effective team worker and supervisor. Ability to prioritise and organise own workload whilst meeting deadlines, ability to recognise and manage challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.

Applicants would ideally also be able to cover colleagues’ absences.
