Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust was formed on Tuesday 1st October 2019, following the merger of 2gether NHS Foundation Trust and Gloucestershire Care Services NHS Trust. The two Trusts joined together to provide integrated mental health, physical health and learning disability services to communities.


MIIU Staff Nurse / Paramedic

Band: 5

Salary: £24,214 - £30,112

Hours: Various (Flexible working Requests will be considered so long as the Service can support the request)

Location: Dilke and Lydney

We are looking for individuals who have experience in unscheduled care (I.e. Emergency, Acute, OOHs and Primary Care) and are committed to completing a pathway to become an Emergency Practitioner. We are looking for professionals with a nursing or paramedic background with suitable post graduate clinical experience. For the right person we could offer support to gain the qualifications needed to progress to the role of Band 6/7 Emergency Practitioner.

For positions Band 8a and above there is a requirement to participate in an on-call rota to ensure a high quality of care for patients at all times and continued support to all staff with access to the right knowledge and expertise.
