We would love to hear from an experienced Team Administrator to join our friendly administration department to provide a professional, flexible and efficient service for TalkingSpace Plus. Which is in Oxford and is an NHS service that provides talking therapies for people with anxiety and depression.

In this role, you will enjoy working in a team who are the first point of contact for this service. You will deal with all patient referrals and queries and liaise with other healthcare professionals including GP’s.

The Team works together to ensure that tasks are prioritised and completed in a professional manner. It is essential that you have good telephone, IT and administration skills.

We can offer training to help you develop further and excellent supervision and support.

  • New starters have a 6 month probationary period. This, together with the induction process aims to create a positive supportive working environment allowing new employees to learn key elements of their role over a reasonable timescale.

  • Candidates not currently employed by the Trust who attend an interview for non-qualified Band 1-5 posts are required to undertake numeracy and literacy assessments.
