Cornwall IT Services is seeking to recruit 3 Customer Services Engineers to work in our End User Device Team.

The post holders will be part of a team of IT Customer Service Engineers who are responsible for the day to day support of end user devices, IM&T applications and infrastructure used by the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly NHS community.

They will be expected to assist in the management of the lifecycle of all end user devices on the IT infrastructure, including the installation, maintenance, support and disposal.

They will be motivated and flexible with proven IT skills.

It is essential that they are a team player with a positive and customer focussed attitude.

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are paramount.
