The Endoscopy Unit at the Lister Hospital, Stevenage is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Waiting List Officer to support to endoscopy unit and the new straight to test service for Lower GI suspected cancers. You will work as part of a dedicated and friendly team and therefore it is essential that candidate has proven office skills, is able to work well under pressure, and has a flexible approach to working. The successful candidate must ensure that patients are managed and booked through the appropriate pathway and adhere to local and national target waits.

A close working relationship with team members is essential. Candidates will need to have good organisational skills, a proven track record in patient care and excellent communication skills with all staff grades. Excellent attendance record is also essential.
