Our vision is to lead and inspire through excellence, compassion and expertise in all that we do and we are looking for exceptional people to work with us to provide the highest possible care to the people who use our services.

We deliver over 50 diverse services in community settings, helping to minimise the need for acute care in hospital. We pride ourselves on providing high quality patient care and our core values of service and excellence, equality and diversity, creativity and innovation and co-operation and partnership help us to do this. We want people who join CHCP CIC to share these values, which are firmly rooted in our culture along with the seven Cs of care, compassion, competence, communication, courage, commitment and candour.

We can offer an excellent package of benefits, including becoming a shareholder in CHCP CIC (at a cost of only £1), giving you the chance to have a voice in your business.
