An exciting opportunity has arisen in the HR Team to support non medical E-rostering across the organisation.

Reporting to the eRostering Manager for Non Medical, this is a key position within our non Medical rostering team to support managers and colleagues in the use of the e rostering system, providing advice, training and guidance as part of our implementation plan. You will also have knowledge of some of the key HR policies / legislations that underpin a rostering system such as European Working Time Directive, Flexible Working etc.

The role holder will be responsible for conducting analysis of data in order to support ongoing service improvement during the implementation of E rostering. The role is varied so will include data gathering, providing project support, developing processes as well as conducting training sessions and workshops where appropriate

Candidates will need to be well-organised with an ability to manage time effectively, prioritise own work and meet tight deadlines. You'll need a high degree of accuracy with precise attention to detail and an enthusiasm to learn and develop these skills.
Experience of maintaining the background to Allocate Software Healthroster system and using reporting software to extract and analyse data is essential, along with a strong knowledge of Excel and ideally will candidates will be familiar with the ESR system.

Previous experience in HR and/or delivering training is also desirable, but not essential
