Are you a conscientious individual? Do you have good attention to detail and competent IT skills? The Information Team are looking for someone to join their innovative team as a Junior Information Analyst. The Information Team have developed a reputation for putting Information in the hands of those who need it, and the role of data has never been so prominent in meeting the complex challenges of modern healthcare.

You'll be given responsibility for ensuring information reports are having an impact, telling operational teams what they need to know in order to take action affecting individual patients.

You'll identify gaps in our information provision and work to develop solutions to enable evidence-based decision making. From walking patient pathways to understand flows, to working on improvement projects alongside clinical staff, you'll solve problems and communicate these findings clearly to the organisation through a variety of different platforms.

Providing insight to these problems will need;

  • A commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • Good communication skills
  • An ability to manage your own time to ensure reporting is delivered and workflows completed
  • Decent technical skills, and an ability to problem solve
