The practice has the following vacancies for dedicated and hard-working individuals to join a friendly and committed practice team who were winners of the 2017 Lincolnshire GP Practice of the Year award.

Receptionist / Data Administrator

Hours: 30 hours per week

We have two part-time vacancies for the post of Receptionist / Data Administrator. Duties will involve receiving, assisting and directing patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional. Providing general assistance to the practice team, supporting clinicians and projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors in person and via telephone. Working as part of the practice administration team to ensure that our patient’s medical records are appropriately coded and up to date to enable our doctors and nurses to provide care based on a solid informational foundation.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and should be courteous and efficient.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in a general practice environment. Team working and flexibility are essential.
