An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to apply for the post of Training and Testing Lead for Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (ePMA) at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust.

You will be joining a team of multi disciplinary staff, who are focussed on improving patient care and efficiencies, moving medication practices from paper drugs charts to an electronic system, that will link directly with our pharmacy stock system.

The post holder will be responsible for the testing of the system and training of the workforce, working closely alongside pharmacy, IT and project colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of the project

The post holder is expected to lead on areas of testing and training, flagging issues and risks to the project associated with system build.

It is essential that the successful candidate has good organisational, communication, interpersonal skills and must be able to prioritise effectively and work towards tight deadlines.
