We are looking for an exceptional individual to come and join our vibrant, fast paced team. If you have experience of administration and like varied day to day to work in a challenging environment, this could be the place for you.

NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) is the name given to a package of care that is arranged and funded solely by the NHS for individuals who are not in hospital, but who have complex on-going healthcare needs

Working as part of a team you will support a full range of duties including dealing with incoming telephone queries, checking and processing referrals, arranging assessments and review appointments, updating database with client information, taking minutes and follow up actions as required as well as supporting the team in all administrative processes including scanning, compiling and dispatching appointment letters, gathering information and undertaking enquiries.

You will need to have a keen eye for detail with strong computer skills and the ability to work under pressure. You will also be required to have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with sensitive and clinical information
