Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (BCPFT) is the major provider of mental health services to people of all ages in Sandwell and Wolverhampton, specialist health learning disability services in Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton. COMPLEX CARE TEAM

COMMUNITY PSYCHIATRIC NURSE

BAND 5

37.5 HOURS PER WEEK

 

We are seeking to recruit a band 5 Newly Registered Mental Health Nurse Practitioner within our Wolverhampton Complex Care Service, based at Penn Hospital. The post-holder will play a key role in the case management and assessment of Patients with an allocated mental health care cluster of 8,11,12,13,14,15,16 and 17.

The successful applicant will provide a range of recovery focussed psycho-social interventions to working age adults, with severe mental health difficulties. The post holder will undertake both a Case Management and duty worker role within the Complex Care Team and will be joining a supportive team, with robust clinical and managerial supervision processes.

The successful applicant will require enthusiasm for service development within a complex and changing service and therefore excellent communication and leadership skills are required.  You will be committed to a Recovery focused way of working, inherent within the team culture, empowering and instilling hope to our service users.
