This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team providing professional administrative support, resolving day to day problems independently, acting as a source of advice and guidance and being the first point of contact for a wide range of staff, external stakeholders and organisations.

You will be a confident and clear communicator possessing excellent organisational, verbal and written skills with extensive experience in an administration role. We also require you to have detailed knowledge of administrative procedures and be able to prioritise and plan your own work efficiently. The post holder will engage with staff at all levels of seniority and therefore will need to demonstrate effective influencing and persuading behaviours to ensure that deadlines are met. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic and competent PA with excellent PC and all round secretarial skills including MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

You will act as "administrative support" for a series of stakeholder meetings, which will include pre-planning and work before and after the meetings, as well as being in attendance and taking minutes and actions from these meetings.

You will be expected to appropriately manage confidential, complex and sensitive information, exercising discretion and upholding high professional and ethical standards at all times. The role will work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant, to deliver an effective and competent level of administrative support to the Senior PMO Team.
