Midwife - combined post (50/50 Community/Delivery Suite)

Our Trust is recruiting enthusiastic, highly motivated midwives, to join our dynamic, dedicated, forward thinking professional team which serves a wide geographical area with rural and urban communities. We are looking to recruit midwives who are wanting to work both in community and the unit at Royal Lancaster Infirmary. Aiming to improve continuity of care for our service users.

You will be reliable, flexible, motivated, have excellent clinical skills, a commitment to on going learning and development, a commitment to delivering high quality care, and be willing and open to embracing positive change and transformation in order to meet the demands of the community we serve. You will require excellent clinical skills and a passion to provide both community and intra-partum care within the maternity unit.
