The team

The Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service is an NHS service for all ages from 4 years and upwards in Brighton and Hove. The service is delivered in partnership by Here, Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Mind in Brighton and Hove and YMCA DownsLink Group. We offer a variety of support and psychological therapies. The services that we provide are delivered by a number of teams who work alongside one another to ensure that our patients receive the care and support they need at every stage of their journey.

The role

The Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to join the central Administration Team at ‘Here’. The Administrator will help to guide patients through the service and will often be the first point of contact for patient queries. The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities whilst having excellent attention to detail. They will be a strong team player, will have an exceptional telephone manner and will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Our offer

  • £18,243 per annum pro rata
  • NHS Pension
  • The positions are fixed term, with working hours to be split over Monday – Friday with the potential for some Saturday working
  • Part time or full time hours will be considered (preference is for a minimum of 30 hours a week, although fewer hours and job-share will be considered
