Redbridge CCG is a membership organisation made up of GP practices across our borough. We commission safe, high quality health services – mainly hospital, community and mental health services. We have a small borough based team and also share a single management team with CCGs in Barking and Dagenham and Havering.

Please note that all vacancies will be subject to a 6 month’s probation period in line with the CCG Probation Policy

An experienced GP IT Facilitator is required to join the Primary Care Project Team within the Innovation Directorate. The projects will vary in size across local and national Primary Care Clinical Systems and IT Systems Implementation.

This role will have a particular lead focus on delivering clinical system integration and supplier system functionality improvements and training.

The successful applicant will need to be capable of providing high quality structured training to GP practices and also provide supporting cover to the rest of the project team in delivering the other elements of the NHS National systems including EPSII, GP2GP, SCR and e-Booking.

You must be able to confidently manage competing priorities within your own workload and also within the Primary Care IT Team. The duties and responsibilities will involve frequent movement between supported sites. Applicants should therefore possess a clean driving license and use of a car.

The Primary Care IT Service Team operates an extended operating hours arrangement, with availability currently between 8am to 6pm. Applicants must therefore be able to participate in a flexible working arrangement as required.
