Healthier Together is the Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG). We are a partnership committed to work together on improving health and care in BNSSG. The Healthier Together Office is the central function coordinating our system’s evolution towards becoming an Integrated Care System.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the workforce transformation programme for the BNSSG STP. A key priority for workforce transformation is to develop and implement a Learning Academy across partner organisations which will provide consistent training and standardised frameworks across organisational and professional boundaries to provide a more integrated training experience for staff, enabling placements, mentoring and supervision across sectors and organisations and support the development of new roles and workforce redesign.

An experienced, skilled project manager is required to manage the development and delivery of the BNSSG Learning Academy. Our ideal candidate will have experience of supporting and delivering large-scale, complex transformational change in health/care, combined with an understanding of education and training for health and care professionals.
