Healthier Together is the Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG). We are a partnership committed to work together on improving health and care in BNSSG. The Healthier Together Office is the central function coordinating our system’s evolution towards becoming an Integrated Care System.

Such ambitions come with new challenges and uncharted waters to orienteer, and therefore we are looking for exceptional individuals who can deliver large scale transformational change, within a complex system wide environment, balanced with proven integrity and humility, who role model value-based leadership and have the track record to command the confidence of senior leaders, those in frontline delivery, through to users and consumers of our services today and in the future.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of leading complex multi-organisational transformational change programmes, preferably having worked in or across a range of different organisations.
