The Systems support team provide a critical service to our users, in ensuring that our clinical and non-clinical systems meet the needs of our staff to support the management of their service users within our facilities and the local health community.

The IT Systems Trainer will be responsible for the successful delivery of the training for the continuing rollout of our Electronic Patient Record and other key systems to enable Sirona to deliver key clinical services to our local health community.

The post-holder will be responsible for the development, design, content, implementation and on-going delivery of our clinical applications training across all our user groups, providing all staff members with training to the highest educational standards.

The post holder will be responsible for identifying opportunities to extend training courses or modules to improve the efficiency of systems, the successful applicant will also be required to train non-clinical systems, including Microsoft Office skills and other Sirona systems as appropriate.
