Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT) Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) department is delighted to offer a new position of Clinical Support Worker (CSW) to a highly motivated and hard-working individual.

The post holder will work within the SLT department and will contribute to the provision of a comprehensive clinical service to clients with communication and/or swallowing difficulties in the community and in Crawley Hospital. You will be involved in working with patients directly, on the wards at Crawley Hospital and potentially in their own homes, nursing homes and in clinic settings. You will be supported by a team of highly-skilled Speech and Language Therapists. Training and mentoring will be given.
