We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and proactive indivdual to join our busy HR Team.

E-rostering is already well established within most Nursing Teams across the Trust however, the Trust is about to embark on rolling out E-Roster to the rest of the organisation, along side ESR Self Service.

This is an exciting opportunity to join and lead the E-rostering Team through the next stages of E-rostering roll out, and also support the roll out of Self Service.

The ideal person will be an experienced user of the system, who has managed a Team which has implemented change within an organisation.

To be able to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, be able to work in a fast paced environment and have good attention to detail. You should be enthusiastic, confident and have the ability to lead a team through a rollout of a new system.

The role of E-rostering Project Manager has a diverse and interesting workload and would particularly suit someone who enjoys working with systems and end-users in equal measure.

You would be given plenty of opportunities to apply your skills, liaise with a wide range of internal and external representatives and work autonomously in a professional yet friendly environment.

In line with other NHS Organisations in the Yorkshire and Humber Region a successful candidate appointed into a post within this Trust will be required to pay the DBS check fee (£45). This is customarily payable over 4 months as a salary deduction once employed by the Trust. If you receive a conditional offer letter, complete your DBS application and later withdraw from the recruitment process, an invoice will be raised via the Trust's finance department to recoup the outlay.
