An opportunity has arisen for a pro-active and enthusiastic Workforce Coordinator to join our Medical Staffing team on a fixed term basis until December 2020.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting directorates with the effective deployment of medical staff, ensuring that activity for the assigned specialities are planned and supporting the requirements of the managers and clinical leads. You will also have line management responsibility for the Medical Staffing Advisor assigned to your directorate.

You will have experience of working in a busy office environment, preferably in HR or Medical Staffing. You will be highly organised with the ability to work on your own initiative and have experience of policy and procedure development and application. You will be customer focussed with the ability to think calmly and logically under pressure, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have a positive attitude to maintaining high standards at all times.

This post offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within the medical staffing and HR functions of a friendly NHS Trust.

This post is Secondment until Dec ember 2020

Hours per week: 37.5
