An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Clinical Systems Management Team for a Clinical Systems Administrator to join the SystmOne Administration Team to:

  • Support users with technical and usability related queries
  • Develop, configure and implement new functionality,
  • Investigate and resolve issues
  • Provide advice, training and help to users

The aim is to improve the quality of data which is captured and reported from clinical systems whilst supporting the efficient and effective use of our clinical systems. This role will support the departmental objective of delivering high quality operational and strategic information.

The successful candidate will have experience in supporting staff who use clinical systems, have a strong grasp of Information Governance and security issues and possess excellent communication skills.

If you are successful in being offered a position which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The level of check required is dependent upon the position that you have applied for. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost (Enhanced £48.83 or Standard £30) from your salary. There will be no charge if you are enrolled in the DBS Update Service.
