An opportunity has risen for a efficient Team Administrator to join our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), based in Woodingdean.

The MASH team are multi agency staff across the health service and deal with calls from both professionals and the public. The office is a very busy and fast-paced environment, where a large and diverse range of callers and visitors are received. The position includes dealing directly with multi agency staff, customers, patients and members of the public.

The post holder will be required to arrange meetings involving people from different organisations, including coordinating diaries, booking meeting rooms and sending out agendas and papers. They will be handling personally and commercially sensitive information.

The post holder will need to communicate and explain administrative procedures and issues in a clear, concise way to a diverse range of people and also be able to respond in a kind and sensitive way in person or on the telephone, to people who may be upset or worried about their or someone else’s health or care.

The post holder needs to have advanced skills in using Microsoft Office software, including creating Excel graphs, crafting well laid out documents and presentations, and using Microsoft Outlook for diary, workload and email management.
