An exciting opportunity as arisen to work within our North Lancashire Rapid Response Team as an Occupational Therapist.

Anyone newly appointed to the trust will be subject to the completion of a satisfactory 6 month probationary period (this includes bank staff). This will give the new staff member an opportunity to become familiar with the role and working environment.

Our Morecambe Bay Respiratory Network has just received significant investment in further supporting a collaborative approach to providing respiratory services across the Bay. Our aim is to provide Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Rapid Response services within a community location, rather than the traditional acute environment, which supports our service users with care closer to home. These newly-established ways of working will require a degree of flexibility as well creative thinking to establish and form new pathways of care.
