Following the merger of Wexham, Heatherwood and Frimley Park hospital in 2014, Frimley Health Foundation Trust was formed. Frimley Health Foundation Trust are embarking on a strategic Digital Transformation programme that aims to deliver a fully integrated Electronic Patient Record system (EPR) across the Trust. Key to our Transformation and a pre-requisite for EPR is working with a cloud services partner to audit, transition and support our infrastructure from on-site to cloud hosted

Your new role

As a Senior Project Manager, focused on our Cloud migration, you will lead a portfolio of projects working with various departments and the cloud services partner to create project plans, implementations plans, resource estimates and migration strategies. A smooth transition to cloud and developing a high quality BAU service will be key to ensure the new service is fully integrated with the digital services team.

You will be responsible for working closely with key stakeholders involved in the project who are likely to be from a wide range of roles across the Trust. You must ensure timely delivery of all projects which is anticipated will make a very significant contribution towards the Trust’s overall Infrastructure transformation programme.

You will liaise with all other digital services project managers to ensure inter-dependencies are properly identified and managed, escalating problems to senior level where required. Whilst sharing and exploiting best practice within the Trust and through networking with similar organisations and through bench marking.
