An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly and enthusiastic individual tojoin the Adult Mental Health Service Delivery Unit as a Performance and Information Officer. This exciting and varied role is pivotal to the effective performance reporting for our services and you will play a key role in supporting clinical colleagues with data quality/recordingissues.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude. You will be able to demonstrate a clear determination to further develop your skills and be able to show an understanding of what is required to work as part of a busy performance team. You need to be able to prioritise and organise your workload often needing to respond quickly to changing situations to ensure efficient and effective support is provided .Applicants are required to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a good eye for detail. Extensive experience of using, creating and manipulating data and spread-sheets is also essential.

This post will suit an individual with sound clerical experience and with a proven track record of being able to work accurately and to tight deadlines in a confidential manner.

It is essential applicants are educated to academic Level 3 (e.g. A-Level, NVQ3, OCR/RSA 3, City & Guilds 3) in a Business or Administration related subject along with GCSE (Grade A-C) or equivalent in Maths and English.

The ability to travel across the county will be required.

The Trust offers a preceptorship year for newly qualified nurses and AHP's and attendance at preceptorship programmes is a condition of employment.
