Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust manages Leighton Hospital in Crewe, Victoria Infirmary in Northwich and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford. Following an NHSI initiative to establish 29 Pathology networks across England the University Hospital of North Midlands is currently working closely with Mid and East Cheshire NHS Trusts to establish a Pathology network across Staffordshire and Cheshire.


As a Department we see, treat and care for up to and over approximately 92,000 people a year. We are a dynamic and innovative team and are delighted to be able to offer the opportunity to come join our team as an Emergency Department Technician at Band 3. The Band 3 team is a small team within our wider team and they are incredibly experienced in their roles and form an integral part of the smooth running of the Emergency Department.

This is a highly skilled and challenging role working at Front of House with experienced Staff covering a broad range of cases that present to our Department. You must be an enthusiastic and energetic person who is capable of maintaining the highest level of professionalism required to work within the role.
