An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitable person to join the administration team at the Royal Free Neurological Rehabilitation Centre.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual who has excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, who enjoys keeping busy. The role will primarily support the Community Neurological Conditions Management Team (CNCMT) a well-respected, friendly and dynamic community team.

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience with a high level of computer literacy and will be able to deal with effectively prioritising workloads and deadlines. The post holder must be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own, maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Applicants will need to be proficient with computer systems and be able to skilfully use Microsoft applications such as word and excel. Knowledge/ experience of hospital systems such as Cerner Millennium and the Access Patient Database is desirable but not essential.

This permanent post is graded Band 3, for which under an apprenticeship the salary is 70% of £20,795 per annum (£14,556.50 ) plus the High Cost Area Supplement of £3,722. Total Starting Salary inclusive of HCAS will be £18,279 for the duration of the apprenticeship.

If an existing member of Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust staff successfully applies for this apprenticeship vacancy their pay will be protected for the length of the apprenticeship programme if their existing band is equal to or lower than the apprentice role they are applying for. Where their existing band is higher, they would be paid at the top of the band that the apprenticeship vacancy is matched to instead of their existing band.
