The Head of Transformation is a senior management role leading system-wide working to improve outcomes and value for the population of Bristol North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG), through the Healthier Together programme. This programme encompasses a broad scope of ambition to improve the health and wellbeing of our population by transforming care and support for the whole of BNSSG and maturing as an Integrated Care System. The Head of Transformation will report to and deputise for the Programme Director.

Credible candidates will be values driven, passionate about improving outcomes and value for the people of BNSSG and experienced of leading complex multi-organisational transformational change programmes. With a population health focus and a drive to transform our health and care system you will also have the resilience and adaptive skills to thrive in a shifting environment. A robust understanding of NHS policy on integrated care and of international best practice examples will be highly desirable.
