£18,813 - £20,795 per annum

Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust provides healthcare in hospital and the community to 258,000 people across Southport, Formby and West Lancashire.

Acute care is provided at Southport and Formby District General Hospital and Ormskirk and District General Hospital. This includes adults’ and children’s accident and emergency services, intensive care and a range of medical and surgical specialities. Women’s and children’s services, including maternity, are provided at Ormskirk hospital.

The North West Regional Spinal Injuries Centre at Southport hospital provides specialist care for spinal patients from across the North West, North Wales and the Isle of Man.

The Trust also provides sexual health services for the Metropolitan Borough of Sefton.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 Band 3 Employment Services Administrators on 12 month fixed term contracts based within our Recruitment Team at Ormskirk District General Hospital to help influence the shape of our future recruitment service.

The successful candidates will be able to:

  • Liaise closely with recruiting managers, providing them with advice and support in relation to recruitment processes and the use of the online recruitment system, TRAC.
  • Support candidates through the recruitment process to enable them to receive an outstanding recruitment experience.
  • Manage a high volume of administration tasks and telephone queries from managers and candidates
  • Have an ability to work well under pressure.
  • Support recruitment events outside of normal working hours (evenings/weekends)
  • Willingness to provide cover at both Trust sites (Ormskirk and Southport)
