An exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic IT professional to join Lakeside Healthcare in the critical role of Information Systems Manager.

The business has grown through merger and continues to go through significant change. This role is key to supporting the business change and will cover the full IT generalist remit, with responsibility for delivering the IT agenda across the business, as well as contributing to the development of the agenda and determining key priorities.

The Information Systems Manager will assume responsibility for delivering a standardized approach to IT systems across the business, supporting the COO in ensuring the effective management of all day to day IT operations including, but not limited to, all clinical and non-clinical IT systems, development of performance dashboards utilizing SQL, implementing Office 365 collaboration tools, project management and staff training.

In addition, the Information Systems Manager will have responsibility for a number of strategic projects, driving these through from start to finish and implementing agreed priorities.

The requisite skills and experience include:

  • An extensive background and successful track record in information systems management.
  • A good standard of education is essential and a Computer Science IT qualification is preferred.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant GDPR legislation
  • Experience and an extensive knowledge of SystmOne is essential.
  • A proven ability to lead IT projects
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisation skills, and can also be flexible and adaptable
