Southport & Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust is expanding their Programme Management Office (PMO) to provide strategic oversight and delivery monitoring of all transformation, cost improvement programmes and quality programmes. It will provide the structure, process and critical challenge for CIP delivery, Service Transformation, Quality and Sustainability and report on progress through to Executives and the Board.

We are seeking to recruit a Programme Support Leads to support the delivery of the Quality Programmes of work across the Trust.

The Programme Support Leads will facilitate and support the Trust and Clinical Business Units (CBUs) on a number of trust wide recovery and sustainability programmes and projects with a Quality Improvement theme and work closely with Senior Executive managers and key partners to deliver cultural change and improvements in service delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in Project Management, service improvement and productivity and efficiency work. You will have strong project management skills and be effective at supporting divisions with large programmes of work and ensuring delivery.
